Nicki specialises in federal and state R&D tax credits and the wider set of incentives available to companies investing in technical work. She has worked across software, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and tool and die, which means she is equally comfortable sitting with a software lead or a shop owner and drawing out the detail a claim depends on. Her focus is documentation: capturing qualified research activities in the form and depth that the IRS and state tax authorities expect, so a client's position holds up under review. She works closely with Strike's internal team to identify qualifying activity early and document it properly from the start rather than reconstructing it later.
